How did we get here?

When I started my career in public accounting, I was recruited constantly and experienced firsthand what the process can look like as a candidate. I was disappointed by my experience but intrigued. This led me to explore recruiting as a profession. I left KPMG to move to another accounting firm, Baker Tilly with a caveat - I worked on their Search team. I have always focused on permanent placement over my 13 years of experience and used my personal experiences to understand the individuals and build relationships through serving. I care deeply about the people I work with and want to add value even if I don’t place someone or end up with the winning candidate.

Who do we serve?

We help companies hire top CPA talent across industries and revenue size. We have worked with different-sized organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500. Our specialty is working with companies that view us as a true partner and coach through the hiring process, not just as another vendor. We are very hands-on so we can best understand the organization, team and specific hiring manager to be able to make great long-term matches with our CPAs.

How does it work?

It all begins with a conversation. We will talk through your needs and expectations to determine if we are indeed the best firm to serve you. Once we are in agreement to move forward, we use our network and cold recruit top talent as we walk through each step of the hiring process hand-in-hand. Communication is vital and we will ask for feedback the entire time. The goal is to end up with the best candidate for the role as quickly as feasible and at a great market price.
